Our Processes
Project Selection
We receive project information including the business plan and business model, all types of project studies, financial projections, market research, and commercial appraisals as described in the commercial evaluation detailed above.
Meeting with Client
A call with a Wanner Investment Group executive to learn about the project details and whether it meets the initial evaluation conditions.
Detailed Documentation
For your project to be evaluated correctly you should consider sending in as much documentation as possible, as always with the support of a Confidentiality Agreement. You may also include other information about your company.
Committee Presentation
After the initial review, the project is sent to a specialized committee that determines its viability and possible market accessibility through financing options or an investment fund.
Analysis and Project Improvement
When we receive confirmation that the investment fund is interested in your project, a deeper analysis is carried out to identify weaknesses and strengthen them. We may also request that you complete a form that gives us further details about the project.
Project Finance Due Diligence
For Project Finance and XL projects, it is irreplaceable to go through a due diligence process. This review process is done by an external audit firm and assures the investor that the company is solid, has a good repayment capacity, among other determining factors.
Commercial Proposal / Term Sheet
Once the evaluation, study, and analysis of a project has been carried out, our strategic partners will extend a commercial proposal through a LOI (Letter of Intent) or a term sheet that will determine the terms and conditions, success fee, and any important deadlines.
Funds Disbursement
After going through the legal process and signatures, the corresponding trust is created to disburse funds. At this time the client will make the payment of the determined success fee to the consulting teams involved.
